It is with deep sadness that we learn of the passing of Dr. Latchman Ramsarran of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

   The Latchman Ramsarran I taught at CHS was the most devout and humblest student of History I have ever met. He was a teacher’s joy. Last time I saw him was after he had obtained his Master’s degree. He had not changed one iota. It is most regrettable that he would not witness an event of the utmost historical breathlessness which is about to take place in the United States of America. I have no doubt that, man of vision that he was, he would have predicted the outcome. “I have a dream that one day all the children of America . . . ” It gives me goosebumps!!!
