UPDATE: JCCSS Reunion 2011 – England

This update covers:

  1. Hotels
  2. Excursions & Places of Interest
  3. Car rental companies

The following hotels are all within ten minutes from where I live:

  • one is the best, within walking distance to where l live.)
  • the civil ceremony will take place)

For those of you who are coming in ahead of Reunion Day, I have handpicked some very beautiful tourist attractions for which day trips can be arranged. Those highlighted in yellow are only about an hour from where l live. I believe that if planned properly we can experience the holiday of a lifetime. I say this because of all the CHS grads being together and seeing things firsthand that we had learnt at school. The details on the web-site speaks for itself.

With regards to the tours everyone can check the web-sites and let me know their preferences. I will then contact the coach company and get the prices. All l can say that they are affordable tours. With it a tour guide will be included.

This residence belongs to the Queen’s cousin. If you want to experience the country side then this is the place to be. Fantastic countryside. From here we can visit Matlock.

Above is the link to Scarborough. This is a seaside town and we can have a combine visit to the Yorkshire Dales.

Above link relates to Sherwood forest. Here is where the legendary character reside. Beautiful place for tourism.

Buckingham Palace. This could be combined with a tour sightseeing in London.

Shakespeare’s country

Some might like to have the option of doing some exploration themselves. Here is a list of car rental places. Mercury Car Rental is a client of mine.

(If choose this company, tell them that your are coming to Sarah Yates, wedding, Tariq’s Yates sister, and he will sort you out a good deal.)
